Hi! I'm Emry, the creator behind Rest Required. 
I'm a mom of two, a lifelong creative and someone living with POTS and ADHD. 

Rest Required was born from the messy, funny, exhausting, and very real experience of living with mental health challenges and chronic illness. Some days are productive. Some days are survival mode. And some days… we just need a reminder that rest isn’t lazy, it’s necessary.

This shop exists so people living with mental health struggles and chronic health conditions can feel seen, understood, and maybe even smile on the hard days. Because living like this can be incredibly isolating, and it shouldn’t have to be.
