Shipping

Rest Required currently offers Canadian and International shipping.

At this time, we do not ship to the United States due to ongoing tariff-related restrictions.

Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. 

Please note that orders shipped via snail mail do not include tracking. Once these orders have been dispatched, we are unable to provide delivery updates.

Returns

We accept returns if customers return the items to us.

Returned items must be:

  • In their original condition

  • With all original packaging intact

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 5 business days regarding approval. Approved returns will be processed back to the original form of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
