How Does the Subscription Work?

The Rest Box is a quarterly subscription, with four boxes each year.
 You’ll be charged on the 1st of January, April, July, and October for that quarter’s box.
 Once your payment has gone through, I’ll get to work packing up all the fun goodies. Your box will ship or be ready for pickup by the 15th of that month.

Can I Cancel Anytime?

Absolutely! Pause or cancel anytime, guilt free!

Is The Rest Box only for Chronically Ill or Neurodivergent people?

Not at all! The box was created with chronically ill, disabled, and neurodivergent communities especially in mind, but anyone who needs a little more rest and joy in their life is welcome here.
Honestly, that's most of us.

But What If I Don't Need More Stuff?

Fair question! The goal isn't to send you a box of random objects you'll never use! The Rest Box is intentionally curated around useful, enjoyable, cozy, or delightfully unnecessary things that fit the theme. And because every box is different, you may discover a new small business, creator, self-care ritual, or favorite thing along the way.
Plus, if something doesn't work for you? Give it to a friend. Gift it. Trade it. Put it somewhere you'll remember it exists in approximately six months.
There are no self-care police.

Does the Box Ship Worldwide?

Currently, The Rest Box is only available in Canada.
